Good thing I generally distrust recovered memories

Here's a dream I had the other night, please note beforehand that I am pro-choice.

I dreamt I was a pre-verbal infant living in a Look Who's Talking universe, that is, I could converse with other pre-verbal individuals. However there was only one other such person and that was my sister-to-be who was still residing in my mother's womb. So here I am talking to my sister when I learn that my parents are planning to abort the fetus. It was a bit horrifying 'cause I couldn't do anything, not even talk to my parents about their decision. I'm in the operating room as they use something like a sewing needle to cut open the back of my sister's head and as they inserted the vacuum pump into her head she realized the situation and screamed one last time as they flicked the switch that activated it. It was an entirely unpleasant dream that I'm really having a hard time understanding the motivation behind. What could have lead to this?
